Air France Business Lounge at JFK Terminal 1
Non-smokers friendly

Things are improving around here... I’ve passed for the first time in 2015 and now back for the fifth time already, the large dedicated area of Air France customers at the airport is up to the standard and expectations of a traveler taking a long flight over the Atlantic.

Every detail of this lounge had been given the utmost attention to create a special moment of relaxation and well-being. The area of almost 9700sqf on two levels, with a unique view on the New York City skyline, offers optimal comfort, relaxation and meals.

Spread on two floors, the lounge hosts a Clarins massage area, toilets, two fully loaded food buffets and several seating choices. The food has been clearly upgraded; you can choose from the 20 choices ont he salad bar, the cold cuts and cheeses, soups and biscuits. The biggest hosts a full fledged bread display of 10 baskets selected from all around the world. After dinner, have a cake, a chocolate mousse or a piece of cheese to your convenience. What caught my attention is the staff, they realize roam around the buffet making sure everything is clean and in order.

During this period you can enjoy the art of Sonya Sklaroff, a contemporary American painter best known for her cityscapes of New York City. Born in Philadelphia, Sklaroff attended the prestigious Friends' Central School before going on to earn her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.

I like it more on the upper level, it’s calmer.
