An $80 Milkshake - What's in it?

How much do you like milkshakes? Cardiff restaurant Grill ‘n’ Shake has created what it claims is the world’s most expensive vanilla milkshake to toast it and it includes some indulgent and pricey ingredients - ice cream made from Tahitian vanilla pods, rich Jersey milk and strands of saffron.

The finishing touches of this almost $80 milkshake include sprinkles of 23ct edible gold leaf, shavings of Italian black truffle from Umbria and Amedei chocolate from the Tuscany region of Italy, one of the world’s most expensive chocolates.
