More of an upscale restaurant than a simple lounge, The Delta Sky Club is really impressive. Beautifully decorated, professionally managed and generously loaded, everything in here helps put you in a better mood. It starts at the entrance when the hostess automatically reminds you of your flight time and boarding. She then invites you to go up the stairs and enjoy “breakfast”. Witnessing sunrise on the first floor is memorable.

Sunrise from behind the tarmac while seeing planes take off to their destinations. A wide space filled with leather seats, a bar, a business center, showers, a dining space and a bar. A full fledged bar, books to read, high stools to grab a bite and that big buffet!

Breakfast like they offer it at hotels. One of the best bagels I’ve ever had, super juicy scrambled eggs, moist and tasty muffins, sausages, croissant and much more. Start by the cereal station and walk all along to reach the Starbucks coffee station. Loved it all!

Couldn’t stop taking photos, dozens of them while seeing people walk in and out happily. You can even read the reviews on Google Maps and check how people are loving this place.

The bar is fully loaded. Sixteen different wine choices, champagne, hard liquor and soft drinks. The bartender is always ready to prepare the latest cocktail to your preference.

Traveling through San Francisco’s domestic Terminal 1, I hope you’ll have the chance to discover this lounge.
