Located inside Enzo Ferrari’s museum in Modena, the restaurant looks more like a lunch cafeteria. Some tables set under the atrium, decorated tables and a menu up to the standard of a casual restaurant: several pasta choices, lasagna and traditional specialties you don’t expect to find at a touristic museum.

On the menu: pennette pasta, homemade tagliatelle, potato gnocchi, spaghetti, gramigna, tortelloni, tortellini, lasagne and the signature dish Enzo Ferrari used to eat.

Lunch started with a complimentary bite, crunchy bread with veal and tasty sauce. I didn’t expect a welcoming bite in such a place; probably I had low expectations.

Delicious pasta! Cooked al dente, several kinds of pasta cooked with perfection. Unusually not found at cafeterias, the restaurant at the museum is indeed an Italian culinary experience. Homemade lasagna, creamy sauce and great flavors. Check the pictures, they speak for themselves.

Delicious food is served here: we started with two salads, burrata and bruschetta rolls. Excellent salads made with white cream cheese and thinly sliced eggs. One of a kind crunchy bruschetta rolls stuffed with milky mozzarella and a fresh burrata. I was so excited to try the pasta.

Good food, Pasta cooked al dente, food up to the standard of a gourmet restaurant and that explains the logo of the accademia italiana della cucina. Must try!
