Amazing palace but overheated in winter, The Westin Excelsior Florence is a hotel that has great amenities and accommodation, if only it could just cool down so you could be a little more comfortable!

The amazing and wonderful palace and I could go on and on writing positively about it: The service, the decoration, the ambiance, everything is simply outstanding, but unfortunately, the hotel is overheated and we had to open the windows all night long to be able to sleep. You can’t even wear a shirt during your hotel walks — a t-shirt is recommended.
