Union Fare New York: The World Sexiest Croissants

Come on, I said to myself, no lights and a black entrance on a Sunday morning! Is this place even open? I grabbed the door with two hands and pulled... Oh My God! I just discovered one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to in my entire life... behind the door is a long corridor, a row of tables on the right and a bar on the left, beautifully decorated and marvelously lit... walk to the other part where the dining spaces are. I’ve rarely seen such beauty, such simplicity, soothingly low lit and relaxing, yellow lights suspended from the ceiling, live cooking stations, classy materials, one mood and one theme... this place rocks!

I came here for the croissants but never imagined discovering such a beautiful heaven. The internet speaks about colorful and innovative croissants but doesn’t mention the place. Some say that they have the best poke bowls and that makes me want to visit again very soon!

Sit, relax and enjoy one of New York’s best croissants. They look great and taste even better! Chocolate, crème brûlée, red velvet and colored cereal, each a careful shape, each a careful design! Flaky and fresh, the croissants alone are the creation of a master, they’re better than many I’ve had in France; classy, smooth, artistic and loaded inside out.

These croissants are inconceivably tasty! I’ve certainly had croissants stuffed with two lines of chocolate, a bit of cheese or some pastry cream. I’ve never had a croissant that’s flaky on the outside, pleasantly loaded with butter and generously stuffed with cream to the extend of exploding! I screamed, I literally screamed! This is by far the best I’ve had in New York so far and surely one of my personal world’s best discoveries!

I have to go back to these croissants; the chocolate one stuffed with chocolate custard cream, the red velvet or cheese croissant like they call it is red and decorated with crumbles of cake, the crème brûlée is so good words aren't enough to describe it and the orange cream one topped with colorful corn flakes. It’s beyond real, this is orgasmic! My personal regards to the chef, two thumbs up for such marvelous creations! I felt happy and kept that smile on my face all day long!

Union Fare is without doubt one of my most highly recommended places to tell my friends to visit when in New York!
