Not up to the standard at all. We certainly expected more from Vardis, but neither the food nor the service was up to par.

We visited this restaurant as a Michelin star winner and unfortunately it was not really up to the standard we had hoped for. The food was not extraordinary at all, nor was the service.
What stunned me was the chief waiter, who didn't stop coming back to our table to poor more and more wine in our glasses; half the dinner had already passed and he asked us to open another bottle. Such incidents should never happen in a well renowned restaurant. They should prioritize money of course, as it’s a business after all, but that shouldn’t lead to harassing customers.
To be fair, the garden seating and great table service are positive and should be emphasized.
