All Day Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks. Overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens and pool the Kalypso restaurant is a daily delight. Set on a panoramic terrace it captures the spirit of the sun kissed mornings with delectable buffet breakfasts that are sure to please. 

Breakfast is served everyday unit 11am, an open buffet with a view on the Mediterranean. Eggs, ham and bacon, jams and bread with a wide selection of cheeses and fruits, there is something for everyone. Two hours passed and believe me, I could have stayed longer. Most notable was how the staff paid attention to detail, smiling and happy; a professionalism rarely found at beach resorts.


A long table of hot food, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, vegetables and much more. Freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and crepes. A load of croissants and Danish pastries. Any kind of cheese you might crave. Three kinds of smoked salmon. Cold cuts, vegetables and seasonings. A dedicated area for fruits. Milk, water and juices. I loved the way the bacon is cooked, the eggs were not oily and heavy, sweet beans served warm, smoked salmon of excellent quality with a wide variety of fruits, nuts and cereals. I enjoyed a loaded bowl of freshly cut fruits, compote fruits, healthy nuts and cereals. Loved everything about this breakfast!

For lunch we ordered a club sandwich and a bacon cheese burger. A generous portion and eye candy of a meal; several layers of colorful ingredients... the club sandwich uses fine ingredients with thick bread that's good enough but not quite up to the rest. The burger is juicy and tasty but the meat over cooked spoiling the enjoyment a bit. I reserved judgment for the upcoming days before concluding if they were capable of doing it right or not.


On the third day, I ordered room service again. The fine angus beef steak sandwich is something different made of thick juicy meat and not thin slices of steak. Soft bread served warm, melting cheese and a strongly flavorful sauce. The triple decker cheese sub is as tasty but I would have removed the unnecessarily thick crust.

The Limanaki fish restaurant, one of the most famous gourmet restaurants in Limassol is a seafront fish restaurant luring guests with its distinctive flavours and its tranquil ambiance. Simply superb, the scallop risotto and the seafood spaghetti are really to die for and probably better than many I've had at origin in Italy. Handmade fresh spaghetti cooked al dente in an orange sauce with a load of fresh shrimp. So yummy, so fresh, so tasty, so enjoyable... a balance between white and red, creamy and sweet, smooth and acidic... the spaghetti made my evening! The risotto is beautifully cooked with much passion, which you feel in every bite. The scallops are grilled to perfection - juicy and tender with a grilled flavor keeping an enjoyable after note in the mouth.


I enjoyed four memorable days which I'll be repeating soon.
