A full solution, that is what Alcazar is all about. On its three distinctive floors, Alcazar offers a full entertaining solution to its guests seeking quality, taste and fun. Our night starts on the second floor of a calm winter evening. The floor where fine fusion dining is served in the new refurbished interior. Cozy yet classy, the place is small but relaxing.
On the menu, an international cuisine covering the four corners of the glove in a revisited fusion touch reminding me of Zuma's cuisine style. Noodles, Burgers, Sashimi, Tartare, Chicken and meat are some of the many possibilities without forgetting the desserts. All tastes are covered around here. I loved the quality and taste and was surprised of the presence of such a place in the Gemmayze area as all other establishments are pubs and dancing areas.
While midnight was passing it was time to move back down to the ground floor where the long bar, the professional DJ and the trendy industrial atmosphere guarantee you a great ending soiree moving on the newest beats. So next time you pass by Gemmayze, go up to the first floor, have a delicious dinner before more enjoyment starts.
For summer visitors the third floor is a mix of the two lower one with an open high view to the Achrafieh's neighbourhood.
