A Lebanese based in Dubai, Anthony Rahayel built NoGarlicNoOnions on a belief he still stands by today: food connects people.

Originally a dental surgeon, he chose a different path, moving from clinics to the field, from treating patients to meeting people, listening to their stories, and sharing them with the world.

For more than a decade, he has traveled across the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Australia, and beyond, documenting cultures, discovering hidden gems, and highlighting the people behind every experience.

His work goes beyond content.

Through his expertise in brand repositioning, F&B advisory, cultural strategy, ecosystem building, and tourism and place branding, he works with brands and destinations to help them find clarity, build meaning, and connect with people in a real way.
