You can call it cupcake sandwich:
- Remove to cupcake paper
- Using your finger tips and by gently twisting the bottom of the cupcake you will have your protection layer of cake
- Finally put that layer on the top of the frosting and voila! You have yourself a cupcake sandwich
- PS: if you have a jelly filling inside the cupcake make sure you turn your cupcake sandwich upwards while eating, that means the layer you have removed will be on the bottom while eating
