I had enough of the Christmas market food, grilled pork, sausages, and sweet things... I needed to eat decent food! Walking in the “non-touristic” and not so crowded streets of Prague, a beautiful restaurant caught my attention. I felt something, the colors and cold cuts fridge... it was the best decision I’ve taken today.

Kaprova bistro and bookshop is a masterpiece of architecture and design. A bookstore, a library, and amazing decor spread on two floors. I loved the tables, the cutlery, the chairs, the floor tiles, the walls... everything! Look at the blackboards decorating the walls, the plates and spoons, wine glasses and big ball lamps coming down from the ceiling.
Dinner started with a basket of bread served with a bottle of olive oil. Yummy bread, multi-cereal, and white pain de Campagne ready to be dipped in olive made imported from Greece.
Pumpkin Risotto with three scallops: it’s so good! Risotto cooked al dente, a rich and strong flavor of pumpkin and three scallops cooked to perfection.
Tagliatelle of boar ragout of diced meat with tagliatelle cooked al dente and decorated with slices of cheese. I loved the flavors and spices mixed in this plate.
Enjoying soothing musical tunes, I was living a memorable moment wishing time would stop.
