Who today is not familiar with Colonel - a brand that's so much more than just beer. There's a brewery, a garden, yoga classes, various events and now they offer a whole new breakfast experience every weekend.
I love it here, the vibes, the mood, the decor, the beer and now breakfast. I went and enjoyed a real English breakfast where two eggs are served with two sausages imported especially from Munich (Germany), two slices of pain de mie bread, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, pan-fried bacon and beans. I loved the quality of the sausages, the eggs and the fresh smell.
With my order, I had a plate of Labneh and eggs served in a clay pot. Who said beer is not great in the mornings? I enjoyed an amazing local craft beer with my breakfast, alongside some crunchy cucumbers and juicy tomatoes. Lovely, especially with the cool Mediterranean wind.
It feels good to eat sausages, delicious sweet beans, enjoy a glass of beer - red is my favorite - and enjoy time pass by smoothly...
