Searching for an early breakfast experience before eight in the morning, Caribou is your only choice on the internal Dbayeh road down from Naccache. Caribou opens at 7 am and welcomes you with a selection of croissants, bagels, sandwiches, muffins, and cakes alongside their signature coffees. A nice calm place and positive vibes, a great way to start your day before going to work.

I liked the place, the cleanliness, and details of its neat design. A floor looking like wood, sofas and wooden chairs, lights pending from the ceiling, photos decorating the walls, a display of mugs for sale and the main counter.

Even though served called inside out with dry slices of turkey, I liked the croissant at Caribou; it’s flaky and buttery with tasty after notes.

Nice coffee, freshly brewed, well decorated seasonal drinks, flavorful caramel drink and much more to put you in a good mood on this cam morning. The “mint condition chocolate” with whipped cream and chocolate chips is a must try.

Loved the messages on the napkins, the messages on the coffee sleeves and the wooden board in which the croissant is served.

The chocolate muffins are excellent! Stuffed with chocolate, the muffin is moist and juicy inside out. A premium dark chocolate is used, a balanced finish that’s light in sugar content. The orange cake is as good as the muffin, moist and aromatic with a sugar frosting on top.

I wish I had discovered this place earlier. I liked it here especially on a very early morning. Good coffee, good food, and pleasant vibes.
