I'm a big fan of making homemade burgers. But more often we either buy the meat ready from the supermarket or if we plan on making the burger patty at home, they don't look so appealing - do they? I saw this great kitchen utensil created by Weston - single burger press that's heavy duty and creates perfectly sized, pressed, and portioned pieces of burger patty!
Another advantage is your "fat" burgers will no longer be undercooked in the center and your "slim" burgers will no longer fall apart when you try and flip them. The thickness is adjustable up to 1.5" with a diameter Of 4.5".
