The buzz behind the cronut has been intense and has spread like lightning all around the world, thanks to creator Dominique Ansel of Dominique Ansel Bakery. But it seems that famous pastry chef has come up with something else that's original and it's called The Magic Soufflé.
What looks like a regular brioche, when cut open chocolate soufflé center appears with a touch of Grand Marnier. For that added flavor the outer layer is infused with orange blossom water.
This magic soufflé is now available Dominique Ansel’s Spring Street bakery in New York and I bet it will also start rolling around the world in no time. Let's wait and see...
