In less than a week, February starts and with it comes a new flavor for cronut at Dominique Ansel�s bakery. The genius behind the breakfast hybrid usually features a unique cronut flavor that changes each month, this week he announced that February�s cronut will be Raspberry Lychee.
The pastry is stuffed with both raspberry confiture and lychee ganache and the glaze has freeze-dried raspberry bits mixed with lemon juice and dusted with lemon zest sugar. Sounds perfect for the year's most saccharine love-themed holiday!
