Food and White Teeth 106: Milk

Such as cheese, milk is rich in calcium. It is part of benefactor’s foods to keep teeth white. Like water, it is one of the only liquid which does not stain teeth, unlike colored drinks. But milk also has the advantage of being an alkaline food. By reducing the acidity of the mouth, it protects the tooth enamel and therefore their brightness.
