The burger everyone talks about! The burger you should not miss when visiting Copenhagen! The grill at the petrol station... I had to try it! Gasoline grill became famous for the cheeseburger and the butter burger -a premiere for me- made of organic virgin butter. Arrive at the petrol station, order at the window, take a seat and wait to be called.
American style burger wrapped in paper. A thick patty, a sticky bun, cheese, and sauce. Burgers are given away in paper bags and fries in carton cups the way Five Guys does it.
Is it good? Yes! Is it phenomenal to the extent of leaving everything to come here? No! It’s probably because of the expectations, I left deceived.
Copying the five guys idea of fries in a cup, at least fill this cup if you don’t want to spill out of it. Now for the burgers, super fatty, intensely greasy burgers wrapped in a paper. Burgers including too much butter and lacking the freshness of a vegetable, a slice of tomato. My kind of juicy meat, my kind of buttered sticky bun, a fast food burger I’ll recommend to my friends without seating the expectations high. Frozen curly fries with no added value.
Good food but overrated expectations. When everyone says “you have to visit Gasoline in Copenhagen”, I would say, it’s not worth the hype. You can live without it.
