Italian creativity and passion will be driving the culinary experience at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace following the appointment of Paolo Rocco as Executive Chef to Hilton Worldwide’s flagship hotels in Beirut.
Rocco, an Italian national and culinary veteran with a 30-year hospitality background, has enjoyed a wide and varied food and beverage career, building experience in landmark hotels in UAE, USA, the Bahamas and Egypt. In his new role, Rocco is responsible for overall kitchen concepts, preparation, presentation and the promotion of the hotel’s seven differently themed restaurants, room service, conference and events and weddings and private banquet functions.
