Whilst runway models and fashion enthusiasts gear up for the upcoming fashion weeks, It’s SO Simple founder and fitness coach Rachael Sacerdoti created an easy-to-follow guide to control calorie intake that is suitable for women who would like to take their wellbeing to the next level.
Part of the It’s SO Simple program combining best practices in fitness and nutrition, this guide looks at calorie and protein intake. It allows women to take control of their choices, create meals for the day without going over the calorie output, and have a healthy relationship with food.
“More than helping women achieve their ideal weight, I empower them by educating how to develop healthy attitudes towards food and eating, exercise and a strong sense of accountability – which are all key in having a balanced and sustained healthy lifestyle,” Sacerdoti said.
Targeted to busy women who want to start their fitness journey and sustain a balanced lifestyle, It’s SO Simple method features the following calorie control guide which only uses hands. “We don’t add fats into our meals as we already get natural fats from protein and vegetables such as meat, eggs, and avocado. It’s SO Simple very much goes by the percentage of 40% protein, 40% vegetables and 20% of carbs, which can also be compared by hand.”
“Weight loss is very much a science. If the calories we take in are LESS than what we use up through activity, we will lose fat. The overarching idea here is that we want to consume less calories than we are typically using every day,” Sacerdoti concluded.
It’s SO Simple is an online fitness program designed to maximize the potential of a short amount of exercise from the comfort of your home. It features online exercises, nutritional meal plans, progress tracking, personal consultation, and a community group.
