L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon takes you on a wonderful culinary experience, this French restaurant won’t disappoint; it was a fantastic meal that I would love to have again and again and again.
Designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, an open kitchen on a counter surrounded by 40 seats allowing customers to observe the preparation of the dishes and select their menu according to their appetite, since 'La Carte' proposes small portions of typical dishes. This is how L'Atelier was born in Paris. Since the 2003 opening, the team with chef Axel Manes offers different tastes throughout the seasons, an exceptional 'cuisine' in a friendly and refined atmosphere all in black and red. The restaurant has become a landmark in this gastronomy capital and a well-recognized address by connaisseurs around the world.Truly can be described in one word: "Fantastic".
The restaurant is nice, the seating is different; you can look at the team preparing your food in the kitchen while you are seated on high stools. The food is gorgeous and nicely served. What stayed in my head and which I will never forget is the desert: A dark chocolate tart with dark chocolate ice-Cream. It’s no wonder Joel Robuchon has received 26 Michelin Guide stars – the most of any chef in the world!
