In teams of 3, each Grand Chef will create a signature course resulting in 15 different and never seen before menus, prepared “live” and paired with the finest wines and champagnes. Menus will be exclusively created for the event by the brightest stars of contemporary cuisine and accompanied by superb wines and champagnes.
