Third time tasting Micelli's pizzas but my first time at home; the experience will be repeated...
Yes, it is a pizza I surely recommend for delivery. A pizza we received hot and crunchy with a tender none-chewy heart, rich ingredients, generously filled and the ordering service was professional.
Rami -the owner- answered the phone, made sure the address is correct and the pizzas were delivered thirty minutes later. The best part is that the driver doesn't "missed-call" you when he arrives; he calls professionally before taking up the elevator to the third floor.
Micelli's is the pizza of choice. A thirty centimeter pizza, thin the Italian way, loaded the American way and delicious the Lebanese passionate way.
From Jal el Dib to Mtayleb, a road trip the pizza handled perfectly well; they were even better then the ones when we had in-house.
The killer, the best ever is "The Odd One"; tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, apple sauce and apple chunks, Brie cheese slices, basil and oregano. "Royal veggie" comes next on the list; tomato sauce, smoked aubergine, mozzarella, chevrette, onions which are grilled and aren't felt much, green pepper, fresh mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes to add a touch of color as well as a unique juiciness, basil and oregano.
A pizza to order; It's called Micelli's.
