Nicolas Audi Opens His Restaurant at the Ixsir Winery

Nicolas Audi, the famous man behind Nicolas Audi catering has joint venture with Ixsir, opening a restaurant in Basbina, up on the mountains of Batroun where the Ixsir winery is loacted.

You can now have lunch everyday of the week except monday where you will taste a cuisine inspired by the Lebanese terroirs, revisited by Nicolas Audi and greatly paired with Ixsir's wines.
