My first visit was memorable, my second visit was outstanding and now, visiting Nolita for the third time in less than two months, I came back to enjoy one of Paris’ best spaghetti and delicious burrata. Located on the second floor of the Jeep showroom, the Italian restaurant serves delicious food one must try.
Skipping the introduction, I’ll tell you about the food!
Dinner starts with an amuse-bouche, a bite of ravioli served in a small cup, floating in a broth and decorated with a mushroom. Cooked aldente, the ravioli has a tender and juicy heart with intense flavors.
Out of this world! I’m in love with the food at Nolita. The quality of that creamy burrata served in a big round plate alongside peeled cherry tomatoes. The lettuce and black truffle pizza. The buffalo pizza with tomato sauce and burrata cheese. The Vitello Tonnato is one of the best I’ve had.
Every plate is unique! Excellent ingredients creating one-of-a-kind plates loaded with aromas and flavors. Nolita is a guaranteed experience of pleasure repeated for the third time already. Best of the best is the burrata: I’m not sure who’s the supplier, but this one deserves an award.
Thick fresh spaghetti pasta cooked aldente, served on a long rectangular plate, mixed with Parmesan and cubes of meat ragout. The spaghetti put me in excessive every time I come here. A dream plate I would recommend to all my friends.
Bravo, two thumbs up for the food, my regards to the chefs. Check out the photos, they speak for themselves.
PS: You cannot run a restaurant on one waiter! He cleans, takes the order, served the plates, adds the wine... this is not acceptable!
