Du 16 au 19 septembre, Taste of Paris revient avec une édition événement placée sous le signe d’une gastronomie étoilée, décomplexée, vibrante, moderne, responsable et surtout ancrée dans son époque, pour faire vivre aux festivaliers quatre jours d’une expérience inoubliable au cœur du magnifique Grand Palais Éphémère.
Taste of Paris renouvelle son engagement auprès des chefs et cheffes qui seront plus d’une cinquantaine à venir pour faire découvrir leurs plats signatures au sein des 16 restaurants et pâtisseries et reprendre ainsi contact avec les 30 000 festivaliers attendus.
Une programmation au format XXL qui va en offrir pour tous les goûts, que vous soyez plutôt table multi-étoilée à l’instar de Frédéric Anton, Kei Kobayashi, Christophe Moret, Andreas Mavrommatis ou grand fan de cette cuisine au goût d’impertinence avec laquelle s’amusent Mory Sacko, Matthias Marc ou Adrien Ferrand. Côté féminin, les cheffes se sont donné le mot avec Adeline Grattard, Amandine Chaignot, Manon Fleury, Beatriz Gonzalez, Nina Metayer, Ophélie Bares, parmi d’autres.
Cette année marque également l’arrivée de Taste of Paris au sein d’un nouvel écrin : le Grand Palais Éphémère. Au cœur de cette réalisation majestueuse, les festivaliers découvriront un lieu inédit et profiteront de la gastronomie sous toutes ses formes face à la Tour Eiffel.
