The Funfetti Croissant: A New Food Hybrid is Out

Pastry chef Thiago Silva introduces a new food hybrid: the birthday cake croissant. Thiago recently revealed the colorful creation on Instagram. Called the Funfetti croissant, the hybrid food has a crispy outer layer and a soft and fluffy interior that just pulls apart with ease.
