I’ve been a fan of the "Hard Rock Cafe" chain for as long as I remember. Two restaurants in Beirut, -which unfortunately closed- and many others around the world that I make a point to visit in every new city I travel to. Roma, Istanbul, Copenhagen, and Lisbon to name a few. Collecting HRC T-shirts was one of my first serious collections before the age of 16. Few minutes from the Dubai airport, at Festival City, the Hard Rock Cafe is an interesting American diner to discover.
Typical of Hard Rock Cafes worldwide, you will find a wide shop that sells the iconic tee-shirts, while walls are decorated with guitars and Hard Rock wall-of-fame filled with famous celebrity clothes... pass through these and you will reach the bar where the dining area is. High tables and stools on one side, benches on the other side, a stage and several tables. It's more of a concert hall than a simple restaurant, an impressive space you will enjoy discovering.
Start with the Combo, have a juicy burger, try the signature burger, spice up your life with the cauliflower bites, wrap yourself a fahita and make sure to finish with the giant brownie ice cream cup. I've been to many Hard Rock Cafe restaurants and can safely say that this one's decor and food are the best to date.
