One of the latest 'in' unique foods is being called a goth waffle cone—a black ice cream cone that holds colorful flavors of soft serve ice cream. Available at the Los Angeles-based shop Little Damage, they’ve managed to make a childhood treat look positively spooky. But the best part is that it uses healthy ingredients to make turn the waffle into a black one...

Little Damages doesn't use food coloring but uses activated charcoal to give it the inky appearance. So aside from its striking looks, there are some health benefit to this cone—activated charcoal is often used to absorb impurities and harmful substances in the body.
