I’m not sure how I ended up here and arriving at a small restaurant and waiting to be seated means it’s famous enough. 7 cactus is in one of those calm areas behind the acropolis, a restaurant and cafe visited by a less-touristic clientele.
Savory pancakes! They’re excellent! An innovative idea of creating mashed potatoes like pancakes, adding cheese and a layer of ham with a sunny side up egg on top. I loved it! The "summit" is way too hard to be chewed; filled with smoked salmon, cheese, and cucumbers, I enjoyed the combination but not the bread quality.
Halva, reminded me of Armenian desserts, not the “Lebanese Halawa” we know, a -local- creamy creation topped with chocolate cream.
Good food, enjoyable vibes; I’ll come back for the pancakes! They are awesome!
