Creative and tasty at the same time: Bo&Mie sells colorful croissants, innovative cakes, and fresh bread in a vast space feeling like a pastry shop, looking like a bakery and inspired by a casual restaurant. I came here for the tiramisu and ended up having an apple cake, the chocolate bread, the lemon tart, and chocolate praliné croissant.

Usually, good looking things are not as tasty as they should be focusing on shape when the important part which is taste can be sometimes forgotten. The chocolate bread made of molten chocolate and cocoa is like nothing I’ve had before, moist and tender, tasting like a baguette with flavors of chocolate. The lemon tart is crunchy, intensely creamy and topped with an airy meringue mousse. The apple cake, its lemon gelée, and heart of diced apples are mouthwatering. Best for last, a unique kind of tiramisu, a bed of crunchy biscuit, a cup of chocolate filled with cream and a crown of meringue mousse.

Not your classy pastry shop nor your street eatery, Bo&Mie makes it fun to walk in making you feel happy while not paying much. Good food, good quality, beautiful pieces and they open until 8 pm.
