You want to try a great diner, go to Roadster, because it's the best. The best thing about Roadster is that the customer is king. If you want to change something in any specific order, they do it for you and free of charge—Bob’s doesn't even accept it. Opening a new place is a challenge: After a market study, your new venue should be better than any competitor around to be able to succeed.
Bob's Pepsi has a bizarre taste and the most important thing is that full plates look empty. Kindness is what makes customers come back. I have tried Bob's 4 times already, trying to change the feelings I have for this restaurant but unfortunately couldn't. Lots of improvements have to be done.
