Other than being at the airport with hundreds of passengers visiting by the hour though making it unwelcoming, Chili’s is your only enjoyable dining experience at Las Vegas airport. I’m a fan of the brand since it first opened in Beirut years ago and still consider it as one of my favorite diner experiences. I love their wings, the burgers and most importantly the world famous molten chocolate cake.
Fries, big portions and lots of ketchup, lunch at Chili’s is about letting yourself enjoy the moment avoiding to count calories. I like the wooden tables with Chili’s logo on, the red colors, the bar, the leather sofas, the soft drink refill, and food taste; the restaurant has a fully operational kitchen at the airport.
Yummy food! I loved the turkey sandwich. Good bread, juicy turkey, generously loaded, fresh vegetables and ripe avocados. I also adored some fries.
An excellent burger; good all the way, from bun to bun. A tender bun, a juicy and fatty patty, shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes. This burger awaits ketchup to be devoured. I was having lunch alone, had the sandwich and then the burger, nibbled from the two baskets of fries while excitement builds up for the chocolate cake.
OMG, this is beyond tasty. The person who invented this dessert deserves an award. Tender and airy, molten inside out and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the dessert will make your heart skip a beat. I adore it!
I enjoyed my lunch at Las Vegas airport. Chili’s is still a diner to consider visiting.
