Celebrating two years of “Crab”, the casual restaurant, open on La Madeleine in Paris is a place I’ll recommend to my friends visiting Paris. Serving Crab based plates, the restaurant is cozy and calm handled by one of the most professional people I’ve ever met in this industry. A memorable dinner I will repeat soon.
Crab is the main ingredient: crab risotto, crab burger, crab salads and some seafood on the side. Premium quality of ingredients and food prepared with love and dedication.
I believe we ordered almost everything off the menu and enjoyed every single plate: I loved the intensity of Lebanon, the seasoning and generous quantity of crab.
Again, all I’ll remember is the person in charge, probably the manager or maybe the owner who speaks of the establishment as his home handling everything from the kitchen to the service.
