Kaak B Semsom: From Zahle to Jal el Dib (Restaurant Closed)

My favorite Kaak parlor has come all the way from Zahle to Jal El Dib! A great Kaake is served here, light and airy, covered with sesame and loaded with a heart of premium ingredients. It’s not the place, not the location but the Kaaka itself, one of the best in town. Richly loaded with ingredients, expect to feel multi-layers of ham, a load of cheese and a dip of Labneh served with every order. The huge kaaka of Zahle which I adore has an upscale taste down in Jal el Dib; airy, light, soft, brioche-like kaaka. Order the pizza, the submarine, and the mixed cheese (picon, kashkaval, and Akkawi) and finish it with the Nutella mix.
