La Renaissance 2007, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, continues a tradition of power and elegance for which Belle-Vue has become famous.  Aged in French oak for 24 months, it presents beautiful balance of dark red fruit aromas and spicy pepper and vanilla, followed by the Belle-Vue signature—extraordinary length in the mouth.  La Renaissance has strong cellaring capabilities. Le Chateau 2007, available in very limited quantities only, offers a luxurious blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah.  Its perfumed and elegant nose, with sweet blackberry notes overlapping tobacco leaves and cedar wood, is a feast for the senses.  The palate explodes with ripe red fruit, integrated with spicy aromas and a hint of incense.  Enormous aging potential—enjoy it with roast meats and aged cheeses.  Or, better yet—savor it alone.

Chateau Belle-Vue wines are crafted from grapes grown organically in the historic high-altitude vineyards of Bhamdoun’s generous valley.  Yields are kept intentionally low to reflect a dedication to concentrated fruit and healthy vines.  The resulting wines are recognized around the world as a uniquely reflective of their terroir, meriting placement at Michelin star restaurants in the UK and the US.  In Beirut, Chateau Belle-Vue wines are found on the best wine lists in the city, including the Four Seasons, Le Gray, La Petite Maison and La Posta.
