ITA – the Italian Trade Agency, Beirut office, in collaboration with ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine and IGE, Institut de Gestion des Entreprises - Université Saint Joseph, will be hosting a two days full immersion Masterclass with the Italian Chef Paolo Amadori.
Chef Amadori, chef Ambassador of ALMA, will be presenting the new trends of the Italian cuisine to Lebanese professional chefs. His presentation is intended for high skilled chefs and with a good knowledge of the Italian Culinary Art.
The Masterclass will be held at the IGE - USJ premises, Mansourieh, on 17 and 19 October, from 09:00 till 12:30 and 13:30 till 17:00.
Each participating chef will have its own kitchen counter and ingredients, in order to follow Chef Amadori as well as a recipes booklet.
The participation fee is two hundred dollars (200$) for two full days (from 09:00 till 17:00).
At the end of the two days Masterclass, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
The deadline for registration is September 26, and places are limited to 10 participants per day.
