O&C has the best fish around town and has been know for that. The venue is the main problem.
The O&C is a 3 story building, the ground floor is a supermarket and deli, the restaurant is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Serving sushi as well, the quality is so fresh but the taste is a bit commercial. It's a restaurant to visit for a quick lunch or a quick dinner since the venue is the problem.
No decoration, very high ceiling and very noisy since it’s located in the heart of a big supermarket. You eat with the shoppers, you feel watched permenantly. Do not expect a fine dining, and do not take your girl friend for a date, O&C is for a quick tasty seafood dish not more.
