PapaBubble is a new place unique of its kind and now open in City Mall Dora. PappaBubble is the candy shop preparing those mini crunchy candies every kid craves for. Papabubble was born in Barcelona in 2004 out of a passion for reviving and building upon the ancient artisanal process of candy making. Since then, millions of people around the world have come to know and enjoy the unique Papabubble’ Experience.
The show is what makes this place unique. Now open at City Mall, they prepare their candies every weekend for you to enjoy the art of candy making.
Sugar, water, glucose and flavoring. They are boiled for an hour or so than emptied on a marble top where coloring is added. Citric acid is added over the white color to reduce its sugar concentration.
One big square of caramelized sugar is divided into three colors and awaited to be cooled. Red, white and black to create the NGNO logo on a candy which has been distributed in this month's box.
It's fun and new. Pure sugar with no additives, handmade the old traditional way. Those candies need so much work to be done hence justifying the price. Watch the video and enjoy.
