Pierre Hermé and Armen Petrossian: The Caviar Macaron
Sweet Tooth

This November, Pierre Hermé and Armen Petrossian have created a unique masterpiece! When the king of macarons joins in a venture with the king of caviar expect something big! Together they gave birth to one of the world’s few - if not sole - Caviar Macarons. This creation is made of caviar - the world’s most expensive food - and a touch of green walnuts. In the mouth, caviar notes appear with hints of salt giving way to aromas of dry fruits caressing your palate with subtle sweetness.

It melts in the mouth like magic, it explodes in flavor: salt tickles your tongue; sweetness caresses your palate while notes of walnut liqueur and purity dance in welcoming of the caviar.

Caviar in a macaron, a premiere! After creating my all-time favorite foie gras macaron, the master comes back with a wondrous creation. Black pearls in a macaron, a very soft not-chewy and not-sticky macaron, a macaron that’s not a hard textured biscuit like so many pretenders, and caviar added to it!

A must try this season!
