In 2004 I traveled to Rome to video tape the canonization of Nimattullah Hardini at the Vatican. While in Rome, who can avoid the Italian art of living... 'la dolce vita.'
I stayed at the Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Centers. Located in the heart of Rome's EUR business area, the hotel was a good choice as its located between the historical city center and Fiumicino/Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. This recently renovated 4-star Rome hotel features the main Conference Centre in the whole Latium region: all of the meeting rooms come equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to make your business event unique and successful. Hotel facilities include a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness centre, tennis and squash courts, a shopping arcade with news stand, tobacconist, bookshop and jewellery shop. The hotel, one of the largest in the city, boasts two gourmet restaurants and an endless list of superior services. I enjoyed it a lot, specially its spacious rooms, the varied breakfast and the welcoming staff all combined in the Sheraton international way of living.
