Two visits in less than a week and be sure I’ll visit again sooner than you think. I loved it here from the minute I walked in, discovered the vibes, the simplicity of architecture, the choice of plates, the generosity of portions and good taste. Part of a massive complex behind Beirut City Center, Champs has defeated the standards taking the sports experience to another level. A sports academy, a basketball field, a football field, a gym and a sports shop alongside a pharmacy and gelato parlor.
The good thing here is the food; huge plates decorated as American diners do, tasty food prepared the Lebanese way. It’s your ticket to America and back yet speaking the Lebanese language of passion. Juicy chicken, spicy sauce, hummus dip, crunchy Sambousik and flavorful sandwiches. With a dozen items tried already, I couldn’t but leave impressed.
Tiger’s Diner is now open, a new approach to Lebanese cuisine and I personally love it!
