Youngest Member of the "Clefs D’Or" in the Middle East

A face most guests at Four Seasons Hotel Beirut would gladly recognize, Nour Kanaan has been named the first woman in Lebanon to claim the golden keys so prized among Concierges across the world.

One of only three members of the prestigious association in Lebanon, Kanaan is also the Middle East’s youngest member of the Clefs D’Or, whose crossed-key badge graces the lapels of hotel concierges across more than fifty countries and serves as a symbol of quality of service, commitment and passion.

With her finger firmly on the pulse of Beirut, Nour was part of the Hotel’s pre-opening team before being promoted to Concierge Supervisor. Her in-depth knowledge, genuine desire and willingness to help guests navigate the city characterizes all her interactions, accompanied by a real passion and love for the city that has been her home for 24 years.

From giving the perfect advice on the best places to shop and sights to see to securing reservations at the hottest tables and events, Kanaan’s recommendations have made her a reference for Four Seasons guests visiting Beirut from all over the globe. “It's a real testimony to Nour's efforts to see her join this highly respected global fraternity of leading concierges this early in her career and it proves that she really has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our guests experience the best the city has to offer," said Stefan Simkovics, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Beirut. Nour Kanaan is part of a multi-award winning team at Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, a team responsible for recently securing the Hotel the title of the “Best Business Hotel in Beirut” at The Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2012.
